free-ish 3D model viewer for musculature, with detailing in various parts of the body. some parts are behind paywalls, but it's a good reference if you're struggling to remember what tendons go where. viewable in browser!

wonderful website for warm-ups & pose ideas. works in the browser, so great for quick sessions on mobile.

─ DesignDoll

amazing tool for creating custom pose references with 3D models, but it only works on a windows desktop. there's a paid version that lets you save poses for later, but the free version is crazy functional as is.

─ PoseMy.Art

similar to DesignDoll, but can be used on mobile or in the browser. less options available for free than DD, so i really only suggest this for quick posing help ( and not anatomy ).
