helena portrait

portrait for helena. i'm not great at posing, so i tried to think thoroughly through this one before lining ... i think it looks alright. after not really drawing for a while, i'm feeling happy with how these dnd portraits came out.

my intention was to paint these pc portraits so that they resembled the character illustrations from some of the earlier games, like fe: path of radiance, but ... it's just too painful. i'll find a way to paint again someday, but not right now.

anyway ... i really love helena & think her design is simple & cute. having chosen loui as my pc, i'm hoping hel gets relegated to an npc or something, since i'd love for her to show up somewhere.
