popo sketch

workshopping mina's mount, atropos. took me a while to come up with a name for him ... it's a bit on the nose, but i really just needed to pick something & figured something symbolic would be fine. "popo" is what she calls him.

he's a chimera, which are frequently occuring & diverse in mina's homeland; specifically, he's built from an ox, a wolf, and a mountain goat. he's a subspecies of chimera that mina's people domesticated for use in food & transport, due to their naturally calm demeanors & endurance. as they appear more like a massive canine than an ungulate, they also coincidentally staved off actual predators, who were too afraid to take on an entire herd of horned wolves.
