osoberry concept

cookie run OC for my girlfriend! i think she asked for one, and maybe gave me some food ideas for what they should be based off of, and then i just ran with it ... we played a lot of ovenbreak together & liked how cute the game was, so i think this was more an exercise in playing around in the worldbuilding / art style than it was making a genuine character ... but it was still fun!

my partner really likes hiking & birding, so i thought making osoberry a camp counselor / scout leader-type character would be cute ... like someone with a lot of knowledge & has a good excuse to talk about it. i also gave her one of our local hummingbirds as a pet, since osoberries are also a local native species. :-)

the cookie run art style is not easy to draw in!! i found it challenging to match, despite its surface-level simplicity. the design turned out alright, though ... but in hindsight, even though it's funny, i think i would replace the socks & sandles with some actual hiking boots if i were to redesign her today. haha
